On the 25th May 2018, data protection laws in the EU are changing to give us all more control over our personal data.
As a member of the EAN, we would like to keep in touch with you after this date and to continue sending you relevant information about employment and training opportunities designed to take your career to the next level.
Film London is supported by the BFI, the Mayor’s Office/GLA and the Arts Council England and is committed to positive policies to promote equal opportunity in the development and growth of London’s screen industries (Film, TV, Animation and Games). We are constantly working to improve our own procedures and as part of this, we would like to monitor your attendance at Film London events, uptake of our schemes and participation in our training programmes as well as our facilitation of placements and employment opportunities.
Personal information that we collect for these activities is kept in our Equal Access Network database on our own servers for internal monitoring, to extract anonymised data for funding reports and to inform future practice. Monitoring is recommended by the Equality and Human Rights Commission and the CBI.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing equalaccess@filmlondon.org.uk. For more information about how we use your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
